Prior to joining Roark Capital Group in January 2011, Costa worked for American Electric Power and with Jeffrey Keenan in multiple consulting and IT assignments. Costa served in the United States Navy for eight years and left the Navy with the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. Costa reports to Jason Maddox (Roark’s IT Director) and he is responsible for help desk services, telecom, desktops and IT user services at Roark.
