Clay Harmon joined Roark in April 2007. Prior to joining Roark, Harmon is a senior associate in the transaction advisory services group at Ernst & Young. Before Ernst & Young, Harmon worked in the audit and risk advisory services group at KPMG. Harmon graduated with a Master of Accountancy and BBA in accounting from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Harmon is also a Certified Public Accountant.
