DeAngelo serves as a member of the Board of Directors of three Roark portfolio companies including Wood Structures, Ace Mortgage and PSC.
Prior to joining Roark in April 2005, DeAngelo was a Partner and co-founder of Peachtree Equity Partners, a $110 million private equity fund based in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to forming Peachtree, DeAngelo was a Managing Director of Wachovia Capital Associates, the private equity arm of Wachovia Bank. During his tenure at Peachtree and Wachovia, DeAngelo was responsible for originating, structuring, executing and managing investments in the financial services and niche manufacturing sectors. Prior to Wachovia, DeAngelo worked at Seneca Financial Group, a merchant bank in Greenwich, Connecticut and before that in the Corporate Finance Department at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in New York. DeAngelo graduated from the Yale School of Management with an M.B.A. in Finance and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University with a B.A. in Economics.
