Sneider serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Roark portfolio company PSC.
Prior to joining Roark in September 2007, Sneider was a vice president at Oak Investment Partners, an investment fund with approximately $6 billion of equity capital under management. At Oak, Sneider focused on buyout and growth equity investments in the retail, restaurant and consumer products sectors. He invested in and served on the board of directors of Cheddar's, a multi-unit casual dining chain. Sneider was also active with Oak's consumer portfolio including Ulta, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Babystyle.
Previously, Sneider was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. While at McKinsey, Sneider was a Senior Manager in the firm's retail practice where he developed an expertise in store operations and supply chain. Sneider began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and also helped launch a casual dining restaurant venture. Sneider is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College and has an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
