Kaelin serves as a member of the Board of Directors of several Roark portfolio companies including Ace Holding Company and PSC Info Group.
Prior to joining Roark in June 2005, Kaelin worked as an analyst for Jacobs Capital, a middle-market investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and capital raising. Kaelin graduated with a BBA with concentrations in finance and international business from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
