Lee joined Roark in March 2005. At Roark, Lee has worked on the following acquisitions: McAlister’s Deli, Wood Structures, Schlotzsky’s and Moe’s Southwest Grill.
Prior to joining Roark, Lee was a senior associate in the transaction advisory services group at Ernst & Young, where he worked on financial due diligence projects for private equity firms. Lee graduated with a BBA with a concentration in accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
