Chambers serves as a member of the Board of Directors of three Roark portfolio companies including Batteries Plus, McAlister's Corporation and PSC.
Prior to joining Roark in February 2006, Chambers was a principal of Rhône Group LLC, a New York and London-based private equity firm focused on cross-border, middle-market leveraged buyouts. Prior to Rhône, Chambers was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Salomon Smith Barney, Inc. and its predecessor, Salomon Brothers, Inc. Chambers began his career at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. where he was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group and worked in both the New York and London offices. Chambers received a B.Sc. (Honors) in Economics from the London School of Economics.
