Prior to joining Roark in February 2005, Aronson served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and as a member of both the executive and operating committees of U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc. While at USFS, he was also co-manager of Constellation Development Fund, LLC, a $60 million hotel investment vehicle.
Aronson received a J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in government from Lehigh University.
