Herzog serves as a member of the Board of Directors of two Roark portfolio companies including Money Mailer and Wood Structures.
Prior to joining Roark in July 2005, Herzog spent four years as an analyst and then an associate at JPMorgan Partners, a global private equity firm with $11 billion of equity capital under management. She worked in the New York City and San Francisco offices and made investments in a variety of industries. Herzog graduated Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Herzog received her MBA from the Harvard Business School.
